Our Mission

At Hopscotch Montessori Nursery we follow the Montessori Philosophy which emphasises the individuality of each child. We believe that children learn best in their own way at their own pace. The driving concept is the  nurturing of the childs natural joy of learning . They will of course be closely observed and guided by the Directress.

Our main aim is to provide a happy, stimulating child orientated environment in which the children can explore and learn freely. The classroom is specifically prepared for the children. Everything is child sized and safe for the children to use.

Hopscotch Montessori Nursery is OFSTED registered and run by a dually qualified Montessori Teacher and Paediatric Nurse. There are Early Years Free Entitlement funded places available for 3 & 4 year olds.

Hopscotch Montessori Nursery provides sessional day care for children aged 2 to 5 years. The sessions are 09.00 to 12.15, Monday to Friday mornings, during term times.

There is a lunch club on Monday & Tuesday from 12:15 - 13:00. 

Hopscotch is based at The Gospel Hall, Beadles Lane, Old Oxted, Surrey, RH8 9JJ.
